INTENT
A woman moving through stylized environments, chased by something she cannot name. Tension and beauty in the same frame.
Cipher was a test of speed and consistency — whether LTX could support a clear visual story while holding character fidelity, mood, and direction across shots. The fashion-film format was the stress test because it demands both cinematic control and a strong aesthetic point of view simultaneously. Most pipelines handle one or the other. This was about finding out if both were possible.

SYSTEM BEHAVIOR
Consistency across shots was achievable but not automatic. It required focused prompts, selective curation, and clear decisions about which details needed to stay locked between scenes. The strongest moments came when scenes were visually simple enough to control and direction stayed rooted in mood, styling, and composition rather than action.
The limits became visible quickly. Complex action and anything requiring precision across multiple frames introduced instability. Continuity held in concept-driven sequences but fractured when the scene demanded technical exactness. Cipher confirmed that AI is already useful for building striking short films fast — but it still needs significant creative oversight. It can get you close. It cannot yet replace a production process where consistency is non-negotiable.
